Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for courses cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations for local anesthetic courses will have a fee of $100. Cancellations for LA Courses within 30 days of the course will only be refunded at half the original cost. All other CE courses will be refunded no less than half the cost of the course. You may reschedule for another date without penalty. IT Support for online courses is available during the course. If you have problems logging in, please contact Lori or the monitor of the meeting at 704-418-1710. We open the Zoom meeting not less than 15 minutes prior to the start time.
