If you have taken one of our LIVE Zoom CE Courses and need a copy of your certificate, please visit Simple Cert CE Retrieval Site. Create an account using the email which you used to register for our courses and all of your CE Certificates will be in one place. If you did an OnDemand Course, those  certificates are found at the completion of the course and may be retrieved by logging in to our website where you completed the online course.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Local Anesthetic Courses
Once payment is received and confirmed, you will be entered into the CANVAS course for your didactic lessons. 
REFUND POLICY : Refunds will be honored up to thirty (30) days prior to the course date you selected with a processing fee of $100.00. Cancellations that are received with less than 30 days notice of the date of the course will receive a refund of one-half the total of the course and those cancelled within 10 days of the course will not be refunded.
You may reschedule to a future date with no penalty.
Cancellation or Refund Policy for All Virtual or Online Courses.
Once payment is received you will be given access to online courses in CANVAS. Online links for virtual courses will be provided no less than seven (7) days of the selected course date. Cancellations within 10 days of the course will not be refunded. Cancellations received within 30 days of the published date will receive a refund of not less than half the course listed fee. You may reschedule in any future course without penalty.
