Service Description
In two hour blocks, over a four week period, Dr. Claytor will address the components of the MATE ACT required CE for doctors and dentist who hold a current DEA license. Each course covers a specific topic. 1- Substance Use, 2 - Mental Awareness, 3 - Effective Tx Planning, & 4 - Pain Management Techniques

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for courses cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations for local anesthetic courses will have a fee of $100. Cancellations for LA Courses within 30 days of the course will only be refunded at half the original cost. All other CE courses will be refunded no less than half the cost of the course. You may reschedule for another date without penalty.
